If it is determined by the Admin Team a user has not adhered to the Code of Conduct, the following disciplinary procedure will be implemented:
Any offending communications will be deleted from the site.
Individuals involved will be informed that they have breached the code of conduct and the reason stated.
If the matter is a minor breach of the code of conduct then an initial warning may be issued at the descretion of the Admin Team. Should the code of conduct be breached again, membership will be revoked.
If the matter is extremely serious then the Membership will be revoked immediately. No refunds will be given.
