This is done for you when you filled in the course registration online form for the course you are attending. 2) When they setup your account, you will have received an email with your TTHQ-Remote username and a password reset. Find this email (it will have been sent to the email YOU PUT in the course registration form) and use the hyperlink contained within it to log in. DO NOT TRY TO GUESS YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD. You will get locked out from the site. You cannot self-register on this website. You HAVE TO BE registered by the TTHQ admin team. 3) If you request a login password reset from this site, and don't receive one, the email address you are trying to reset the password for is different from the one you used to register on your training course. For security reasons, the system does not flag this as an issue, you just won't receive a password reset email.
