The training environment and atmosphere is designed to be fun, relaxed but technically challenging.
We have a few simple ground rules to make it the best possible experience for everyone:
- Arrive in good time
- If you don’t understand something ASK
- All questions are relevant
- Respect each others views and needs
- Support others in their learning
- Only one person speaks at once in group sessions
- Allow others who have not participated in the session to do so
- Keep personal information confidential
- Undertake all the assignments with an open mind
- Challenge the content of what people say, not the person
The training has been designed to challenge misconceptions, reinforce best practice and discuss subjects and concepts that you may not have thought about. It will help fill gaps in your knowledge as well as introduce new subjects, processes and ideas.
